Together They Grow was founded with one overarching goal in mind: to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive on their path to success. We work together with the entire school-family-support team in creating a unified plan to meet the needs of each student. This collaborative approach is a key factor in each student's success and happiness on their journey.
Our Staff
The staff of Together They Grow is made up of highly trained special educators who take pride in their collaborative approach towards understanding each student's individual education plan, identifying any additional needs or personal goals, and implementing proven strategies to successfully meet those goals.
All providers attend regular professional development classes to ensure that up to date practices and the most current educational methods are implemented.

Our Services
At Together They Grow we provide Special Education Teacher Support Services (SETSS). SETSS is a program that serves students who have IEPs through the Board of Education.
The purpose of SETSS is to provide educational support to students while achieving the goals outlined in their IEP.
We provide services in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island and Brooklyn.
